Emani Unplugged: What Happens in the Room
By Emani · July 2, 2026

Emani Unplugged was never designed to be a concert. It was designed to be a living room that happens to hold a hundred people.
The first volume sold more than fifty tickets on word of mouth alone, and the room filled with people who had found the music through a fifteen-second clip. By the third song they were singing the harmony parts back — not the melody, the harmony. That is when I knew this show had its own identity separate from the record.
The format stays the same each time: a four-piece band, no in-ear separation between me and the audience, one section performed entirely acoustic with the microphones off, and a conversation in the middle of the set. Visual production stays warm and low — candles, green wash, gold uplight, nothing that competes with a face.
If you have not been in the room yet, the list is the way in. Unplugged dates go to the Emani List first, and the intimate rooms sell out before they are ever announced publicly.
