Emani is a Tulsa-born, Houston-based independent Neo-Soul and R&B artist whose nine-song album Auntie Energy blends warm live instrumentation, layered harmonies, and intimate storytelling about healing, identity, and confidence.
Long biography
Emani is a Neo-Soul and R&B artist originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, bringing her soulful sound and creative vision to Houston and beyond. She began singing as a personal passion before developing her voice into an independent music career rooted in authenticity and connection.
Inspired by artists including Alicia Keys, Erykah Badu, Jill Scott, she blends soulful storytelling with warm vocals, layered harmonies, and modern R&B influences. Her nine-song project, Auntie Energy, explores healing, identity, love, confidence, and emotional growth. Through music, live performance, beauty, fashion, and creative storytelling, Emani is building a community where healing and harmonies come together.
